The Express Lunch yoga class is the perfect mid-day break! Laura is a great instructor and she focuses on each yogi. Another great benefit is that they have refreshments and snacks to take back to the office!
I have been taking yoga classes at my gym but the experience is not as personal as at a studio. I went to Asana’s Flow Yoga class on their opening day and experienced a great class and even toured the beautiful facility. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks for coming to the neighborhood!
